Greater Springfield Harriers win men's M50+ team title at USATF Masters 15 km

Kent Lemme (Pittsfield MA, M50) and Nat Larson (Amherst MA, M55) won their individual age divisions, and, backed by Alejandro Heuck (Amherst MA, M50 5th) and Ron Lombardi (Brimfield MA, M50 7th), led the Greater Springfield Harriers to the team win at the USATF Masters 15 km championship in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on Sunday.
It was the fifth M50+ division win of the year for the Harriers - 8 km, 10 km, 5 km, 5 km cross country, and 15 km - and clinched the USATF Masters Club Grand Prix victory with the December 9 club cross country championship remaining.

Larson ran 52:20 for his gold medal, and his age graded 91.48% was second best men's mark overall, while Lemme's 52:26 was good for sixth age graded mark at 87.40. The duo also stand atop their respective age groups in the 2017 USATF Masters Individuals GP scores.
