AGES: Age 14 and up on day of event.

RELAY FEE $40 per team
Some events may close early due to time constraints.

SPECTATOR Fee $10 (age 15+) -
No fee for USATF 3 step compliant coaches

Masters Men Invitational 3000m (10:45 max)
Lou's 4x1600m Relay follows individual events
Teams may have any combination of men and women.
Clubs must be bona fide USATF clubs or schools
2 sections if necessary, split by seed time
FIELD EVENTS - 6:30 P.M.
Long Jump - 3 meter board, 1 meter tape for masters
Triple Jump to follow long jump
Take off at 24', 32' (paint), 36', and 42' (boards). No additional boards.
3 jumps, top 6 overall to final

Pole Vault - 7:00 P.M.
2 pits, (Men, Women)
