Eligibility

Members of all USATF associations are welcome to compete.
All entrants must be current (2024) USATF members. See USATF.org for new or renewal membership information
Foreign entrants must be members of their home association and should request the separate entry process
No open(younger then masters) events offered in 2024.

Entry Information
Entry is CLOSED      SimplyRegister.net
**There is no day of event entry this year.
No limit on event entries by an individual
Entry closes Thursday, January 25 at 12:00 noon
NOTE: One must have their 2024 USATF membership prior to entering.  The system will not allow entry with a 2023 only membership
If affiliated with a club, that will only display if the club is paid up for 2024.  Otherwise, the affiliation will appear as unattached.

Entry fees:
  $30.00 First event 
  $15.00 Second event
  $10.00 Each additional event

Awards
USATF East Region medals to top 3 placers in each event in each division

Facility
Flat 200 meter track with new Mondo surface (2022)

Concrete weight throw circle, wood shot circle
There will be a minimum opening height in the pole vault based on facility and equipment limitations. 
One high jump pit, one long/triple jump pit.
NOTE: As a multi-purpose facility, the horizontal juimps sand level may not be legal for record performanes.

FINAL SCHEDULE 
TRACK - Events run in order listed. 
Only start times for a block of events are listed 
Women then men. Generally old to young.  Age groups may be combined.
Finals only in the 60m 
RELAYS Teams submit relay cards beginning at 12 noon until 2 pm at clerking table. Club and "unattached"

10:00 a.m  60m Hurdles - finals on time - no 27" hurdles
                    3 races = W + M70, M50/55, M30-49

               60m - PRELIMINARIES  NO PRELIMINARIES
               3000m race walk  - 2 races  Open and Masters
11:00 a.m  60 m - All finals
                3000m - 1 women / 2 men
12:30 p.m.  400m
                 1 Mile- 1 women / 2 men
1:30 p.m.    200 m
                 800 m- 1 women / 2 men
2:15 p.m.   RELAYS - Complete relay card with clerk by 2 p.m.
                 4 x 200 m relay
                 4 x 800 m relay
                 4 x 400 m relay
FIELD
Jumps and throws schedules updated Saturday at 1:30pm
Age divisions will be combined as appropriate
     3 trials / 3 finals for top 6 in each age group in throws and horizontal jumps 
All shot are thrown on the infield
Men 70+ SuperWeight thrown on the infield.
All other weights thrown in the cage
JUMPS - no "runbacks" in warmups

Long Jump  10:15 a.m. Men - M30-59 followed by M60+
                   1:00 p.m.  All Women 
Triple Jump  2:00 p.m.   All Men followed by all Women 
High Jump   10:00 a.m.  Women followed by M60+ followed by M30-59
Pole Vault    10:30 a.m.  Men/Women combined

Opening height in the pole vault is approximately 6’6" / 2.00m based on facility equipment. Those unable to vault 6’6” cannot be acommodated.

THROWS         
There are two throwing circles, One for weight and one primarily for shot
Warm-up using circles is limited to 15 minutes for each flight (not each 5 year division).  Please do preliminary non-implement warm-up out of circles

SHOT PUT         9:30 a.m.   Men 70+ 
                        10:45 a.m.  M35-49 AND M60-69
                        11:45 a.m.  All Women 
                        12:30 p.m.  Men 50-59

WEIGHT           9:30 a.m.   All Women  followed by Super Wt 
followed by      11:00 a.m .   Men 70+  
SuperWeight     1:30 p.m.   Men 35-49 AND Men 60-69 WEIGHT ONLY 
                       2:30 p.m.    Men 50-59 followed by Super Wt 
M30-49 AND M60-69 SUPER WEIGHT will be on the infield at 2:15
