Sports Psychology Presentation January 6

Interactive discussion goal-setting, motivation, and setbacks

USATF New England is hosting Dr. Peter Kadushin, a sport psychology professor and mental performance consultant. Dr. Kadushin will lead us through an interactive discussion of dealing with setbacks, motivation, and goal setting, very relevant topics for many athletes this coming year. Attendees will also receive an e-handout to help put this information to work.
