Entry closes on Wednesday, November 13, at 12:00 p.m. (NOON)  
Birthdate verification ends Tuesday Nov 12 at 7:00 p.m. Please plan accordingly.
The meet is open to both unattached and club runners
 
Club representation is limited to 2019 and 2020 USATF member clubs with coaches having completed USATF background screening and SafeSport.  
 
GENERAL INFORMATION
Information form
All entrants must have a 2019 or 2020 (available after November 1) USATF membership, and date of birth must be verified.   
New members would best wait til November 1 so the membership will extend through all of 2020.
Date of birth verification may be sent to USATF-NE after membership is completed.

There is a parking fee for premium spots closest to the course. 
There is no fee for parking at the high school 400 meters away
 
NO DOGS ALLOWED ON THE COURSE OR ON ANY FIELD USED FOR THE RACE.
FAILURE TO OBSERVE THIS RULE WILL SUBJECT ALL INDIVIDUALS AND TEAMS CONNECTED THE DOG OWNER TO DISQUALIFICATION.
 
The course will be closed on Saturday until 2:00 p.m.
The course will be open on Saturday from 2:00 to 4:00 pm for viewing.

REGION 1 INFORMATION
The top 5 teams and other runners finishing in the top 30 overall in their respective age group races are eligible to advance to the Region 1 Championship meet on Sunday, November 24, at Sunken Meadow State Park, Long Island, NY 
   (Note: that is an updated site as of October 15).   
No additional advancers if a team or individual choose to not attend the Region 1 meet.
 
Entry for the Region 1 meet is online through athletic.net
REGION 1 ENTRY CLOSES on Wednesday, November 20, time to be announced.
Please note New England meet results need to be posted and approved before Region 1 registration is available.  That verification is unlikely to be before 12:00 noon  on Monday.
Note:  The order of events at the Region 1 meet is NOT the same as at the New England meet. Races at Region 1 run from youngest age division, girls then boys, to oldest division.
