RESULTS - USATF Masters National Track & Field Championships

Masters track & field athletes had eagerly awaited the return to national competition and New England attendees found the 2021 USATF Nationals held at Iowa State University in Ames Iowa from July 22 to 25 to their liking. Though there were typical midwestern summer temperatures, the operations and accommodations to Covid regulations went quite smoothly.

Bringing the most hardware back to was Vermont's Flo Meiler (Sprinticity) who returned with 16 gold medals across the spectrum of track and field events in the age 85-89 division; she set several US age records in the process.  

Here are results of New England club athletes who competed in the championship, sorted by place won.  (Unattached athletes from New England could not be identified in results). In team results, MassVelocity placed sixth among men's clubs, and Sprinticity was ninth among women.
