RESULTS - USATF-NE Open and Masters Championships

After a 2020 Covid cancellation, the USATF-New England Open and Masters Track & Field Championship was able to run at Gordon College in Wenham MA and entry numbers proved that interest is still high for competition in the sport. The late afternoon format proved popular, drawing 275 entrants on the best day of the summer for a meet.

Boston-North Track Club again swept the team titles.  The women scored in 12 events in totaling 77 points, well ahead of second place Waltham TC.  The men closed with 47 points and a comfortable margin over Twilight Throwers who recorded all their points in the four implement events.. 

Due to facility limitations, the pole vault was held at Westborough High School the following day and drew a record 47 entries for the event, with Patriot Pole Vault capturing all the scoring positions.
