2022 USATF T&F Championships

The USATF Track & Field Championships in Eugene Oregon this week is the selection event for spots on Team USA World Championship squad,

​On Thursday, Day 1, New Balance Boston teammates Heather MacLean (4:07.96) and Elle Purrier St.Pierre (4:08.52went 1-2 in their heat in the 1500 meters to advance to Saturday's final. Maddie Berkson (Rhode Island TC) finished a non-advancing 22nd (4:19.10)
Lisa Wilson (Tracksmith) made the hammer final, placing 8th overall (67.99m/223'0").

The men's steeplechase found Ocean State Track Club members Jordan Mann and Julius Diehr 20th and 21st (89:39.00, 8:44.70)

The World Championship will be held in the same facility just 3 week later; it's the first time the Worlds will be held in the USA.
