Region 1 Junior Olympic Meet draws over 1000 Youth

The Region 1 Junior Olympic Meet July 25-28 hosted by USATF-NE at Gordon College in Wenham MA brought a busy month of Youth activites to a close. It was the second consecutive year New England hosted the Regional meet. The championship found nearly 1100 qualifiers from the 6 Region 1 associations contesting a full schedule of events.
 
The meet could not have run as smoothly as it did without the crew of certified oficials and the facilities staff at Gordon. Thank you to those individuls. 

The top 5 finishers in each event are eligible to advance to the National Junior Olymipc Championship Meet in Norwalk California July 27-August 2.  Results in 2 formats are linked at
