100 m Trials - Finals for all except Open Men

3000 m Race Walk - Combined men's and womens' race, 20:00 time limit

FIELD EVENTS -
Throws - First flights begin at 9:30 a.m.
Final schedule with age divisions are posted 
6 to finals in open, 4 to finals in masters 5 year divisions
Men's Open - 16lb shot, 2k discus only
9:30 Hammer Throw - ALL WOMEN, followed by Open men, followed by masters 40+ (and scholastic)  
9:30 Javelin -  Open Men followed by Men 40+, followed by all women 1 flight
Shot Put -  Open women immediately follows W Hammer. 
Men follow completion of javelin, Young to old
Discus -    to follow Hammer, beginning with Open Women followed by Men, young to old
   This order may change. 

Jumps -
6 to finals in open, 4 to finals in masters 5 year divisions
10:30 a.m. Long Jump W and M, 2 pits.
Followed by Open Triple Jump M/W  then Masters TJ M
1:00 p.m. High Jump -
Open M/W together
Minimum opening heights for open jumpers 4'6"  women, 5'6" men
Followed by All Masters M/W

** POLE VAULT will be held Sunday, July 31 in Westborough MA,

Entry:
All entry is online.  There is no day of event entry.
Athletes from all associations are welcome. Minimum age of 14 years old on July 30.
Participants must be 2022 USATF members
Exception: Membership is waived for currently eligible collegians competing for their school. Those individuals must register by email/mail.

Fee is $25 for first event, $10 for each additional event.
Registration is at SimplyRegister.net and requires USATF membership.
Eligible Collegians should email office@usatfne.org to inquire about entry waiving USATF membership
Relays are pre-entry only, $20 per relay.  USATF clubs only

The Pole Vault will be contested as a separate event with separate entry procedure on Sunday, July 31, at Westborough MA High School.
