Team scoring - Open USATF-NE member clubs - 5-3-2-1

The Pole Vault will take place Sunday, July 30, in Westborough MA. Separate entry procedure

Women then men. Young to old
TRACK EVENTS 
9:30 a.m. 5,000 meters 
80/100/110 m hurdles - Finals on time (no 27" hurdles)
100 m Trials/Finals -
1500 m
100 m finals  - for all divisions
3000 m Race Walk - Combined men's and womens' race, 21:00 time limit
400 m 
300m/400m hurdles  (no 27" hurdles, may not run higher than age division rules)
800 m 
200 m 
2000 m Steeplechase - M open, W open only 
4 x 100 Relay 
4 x 400 Relay

FIELD EVENTS
Final time schedule with age divisions to be posted July 27
THROWS 
6 to finals in open, 4 to finals in masters 5 year divisions
NOTE: Men's Open - 16lb shot and 2k discus only.
     MUST BE AGE 18+ to throw those implements. No scholastic implements

9:30 Hammer Throw - THE HAMMER SECTOR IS 210' long
ALL WOMEN, followed by Open Men, followed by Masters 40+ young to old and scholastic (minimum distance for scholastics)  
9:30 Javelin -  Open Men followed by Men 40+ young to old, followed by all women 1 flight
Shot Put -  All Women to immediately follow W Hammer. 
Men follow completion of javelin, Young to old
Discus -   To follow Hammer, beginning with Women followed by Men, young to old
   This order may change. 

JUMPS
6 to finals in open, 4 to finals in masters 5 year divisions
10:30 a.m. Long Jump - All W pit 1, M pit 2. M Open then masters
Followed by Triple Jump Open M/W then Masters M
1:00 p.m. High Jump 
Minimum opening heights for open jumpers 4'6"  women, 5'6" men
Followed by All Masters M/W together

*** The Pole Vault will take place Sunday, July 30, at Westborough MA HS. Separate entry procedure
There will be 3 flights by ability, low to high opening.

Entry:
All entry is online.  There is no day of event entry.
Athletes from all associations are welcome. 
Minimum age of 14 years old on July 29.
Participants must be 2023 USATF members
Exception: Membership is waived for currently eligible collegians competing for their school. Those individuals must request separate entry instructions

Fee is $25 for first event, $10 for each additional event.
Registration is at SimplyRegister.net and requires USATF membership.
Eligible Collegians should email office@usatfne.org to inquire about entry waiving USATF membership
Relays are pre-entry only, $20 per relay.  USATF clubs only

ON-TIME ENTRY DEADLINE IS Wednesday, July 26, 11:59 p.m.
THERE IS NO DAY OF EVENT ENTRY

The Pole Vault is contested as a separate event with separate entry procedure on Sunday, July 30, at Westborough MA High School.
