USATF-New England Open and Masters Track & Field Championship Saturday July 27, 2024, 9:00 a.m. Regis College, Weston MA 2024 schedule and information Full schedule of events. Some will have qualifying standards International throws implements only. No HS shot, discus, or hammer. Men's throws are limited to age 17+ The Pole Vault will contested at Westborough MA on Sunday July 28. Separate entry process Eligibility Minimum age of 14 years old on July 27 Athletes from all associations are welcome. Participants must be 2024 USATF members Membership Exception: Membership waived for collegians currently competing for their school. Those individuals must request separate entry instructions from office@usatfne.org Youth age 14-18 are encouraged to participate in Junior Olympic meets ONLINE ENTRY ONLY - No day of event entry ENTRY DEADLINE: Wednesday, July 24, 11:59 p.m. ONLINE ENTRY - USATF members Entrants must have current 2024 USATF membership except for current eigible and competing collegians. Collegians should contact office@usatfe.org for separate entry link. Entry fee: $25 for first event, $15 for second event, $10 for third event. (USATF members). Relays - No entry fee.if all members are running open events

Masters 80 / W 100 / M 110 100 m Trials - Open Men's division only All masters age groups will run as finals 1500 m 400 m 100 m finals 400m hurdles 800 m 200 m 2000 m Steeplechase - W Open and Masters Men 60+ (30" barriers) followed by M open / Masters M 40-59 (36" barriers) There must be a minimum of 3 entries in each steeplechase to contest the event 4 x 100 Relay 4 x 400 Relay FIELD EVENTS THROWS - - International implements only (no HS weight) Mens' throws limited to age 17+ 6 to finals in open, 3 to finals in masters 5 year divisions - Implement weigh in location to be anounced - Times are approximate and may start earlier - Warm-ups taken in throwing order 9:00 Hammer Hammer sector is approximately 230' / 70m long. ALL Women followed by Open and 40-49 Men (~10:30), followed by Masters 50-69 and M70+ 9:30 Javelin - Open Men followed by Men 40+ (10:30) followed by ALL women (12:00 noon) 9:30 Shot Put - Men 40+ 1 flight, followed by ALL Women followed by Men Open (12:00) Discus - To follow Hammer. approximately 1:30 ALL Women (1 flight) followed by Men Open, followed by Masters age 40+ JUMPS 6 to finals in open, _3_ to finals in masters 5 year divisions 9:30 a.m. Long Jump - All W pit 1, M pit 2 Open then Masters Followed by Triple Jump. Same pits. Masters men may follow women 11:30 p.m. High Jump - Minimum opening heights 4'6" W, 5'6" M All Open women followed by Open men (12:30 p.m.) followed by all Masters M/W together. Masters may not open below 1.00m
