No HS shot, discus, or hammer. Men's heavy throws are limited to age 17+ The Pole Vault will contested at Westborough MA on Sunday July 27. Entry closed. Eligibility Minimum age of 14 years old on July 26 Athletes from all associations are welcome. Participants must be 2025 USATF members Membership Exception: Membership waived for collegians currently competing for their school. Those individuals must request separate entry instructions from office@usatfne.org * Youth age 14-18 are encouraged to participate in Junior Olympic meets ENTRY DEADLINE: Wednesday, July 23, 10:00 p.m. No day of event entry ONLINE ENTRY at SimplyRegister.net Entrants must have current 2025 USATF membership except for current eigible and competing collegians. Collegians should contact office@usatfe.org for separate entry link. Entry fee: $25 for first event, $15 for second event, $10 for third event. (USATF members). Relays sign up on Saturday between noon and 1pm. Only USATF clubs may enter relays; no pick-up teams

Young to old Longer distance races may be combined M/W if entry numbers are low. 9:00 a.m. - 3000 meter race walk - 1 race combined M/W 9:20 a.m. - 5,000 meters - 10:00 a.m. 80/100/110 m hurdles - Finals. Order: Masters 80 and 100 / W 100 / M 110 Begin Rolling Schedule (one event immediately follows the prior) 100 m - Trials for Open Women and Men ALL MASTERS AGE GROUPS RUN AT THIS TIME 1500 m 400 m 100 m Finals - OPEN M/W Only 300m and 400m hurdles 800 m 200 m (See note below) 2000 m Steeplechase - W Open and Masters Men 60+ (30" barriers) followed by M open / Masters M 40-59 (36" barriers) 4 x 100 Relay - Teams complete relay card by 1 pm 4 x 400 Relay Runners in the 200 MUST decalre their intention to compete after the 100 final and no later than the end of the 400 hurdles. At that time, the event will be seeded solely on times; masters may not necessarily run in a separate age division race. Those not declaring will be scratched from the event. FIELD EVENTS THROWS - - International implements only (no HS weight) Mens' throws limited to age 17+ 6 to finals in Open, 3 to finals in masters 5 year divisions - Implement weigh-in location AT EQUIPMENT GARAGE (registration area) UNTIL 1 PM - Times are approximate and may start earlier - Warm-ups taken in throwing order - 10 minutes per flight 9:30 Hammer Hammer sector is approximately 230' / 70m long. ALL Women 11:00 ONE Open Men's Flight and 1 Masters Men's Flight. The men will run straight through with no reordering for final. 9:30 Javelin - Open Men followed followed by Men 30-59 (10:30) followed by all M60+ followed by ALL women (1:30 pm) 9:30 Shot Put - Men 50+ followed by Men Open and 40-49 followed by ALL Women Discus - To follow Hammer. approximately 12:30 pm ALL Women (1 flight) followed by Men - Open and at least 1 masters flight JUMPS 6 to finals in open, _3_ to finals in masters 5 year divisions 9:30 a.m. Long Jump - All W pit 1, M pit 2 Open then Masters 10' board.. Only masters may use 1 meter board. Followed by Triple Jump. Same pits. Masters men JUMP WITH WOMEN Open men may only use 30' and 36' boards, women 24' and 30' boards Masters boards to be determined 11:00 a.m. High Jump - Masters M/W together followed by Open All Masters M/W together, no one may open below 1.00m Followed by Open Women (12:30 p.m.) - minimum opening height 4'6" (1.37m) Followed by Open Men - minimum opening 5'6" (1.68m)
