2026 information
Men's heavy throws (shot, discus, hammer) will use only Open implements for Open division - 16lb shot, 16lb hammer, 2kg discus.   
No boys high school shot, hammer, or discus
Masters competitors throw masters implements
Open Hurdles are 42"; no HS heights
No 27" hurdles available; masters may not run "up" with higher age division hurdles
The Pole Vault will be contested at Westborough MA HS on Sunday, July 26.      (separate entry process)

Eligibility
Participants must be 2026 USATF members
Minimum age of 14 years old on July 25
Athletes from all associations are welcome. 
Membership Exception: Membership waived for collegians currently competing for their school. Those individuals must request separate entry instructions from office@usatfne.org  
* Youth ages 14-18 are encouraged to participate in Junior Olympic meets

ENTRY DEADLINE: Wednesday, July 22, 11:59 p.m.
ONLINE ENTRY only at SimplyRegister.net 
No day of event entry

Entry fee: $25 for first event, $15 for second event, $10 for additional events
Relays - no fee. USATF Clubs only
Sign up for relays on Saturday between noon and 1 p.m. by submitting roster card and waiver forms for those not yet entered in the meet to the clerking area.
Only USATF clubs with USATF members may enter relays; no pick-up teams

TRACK EVENTS - Order in events is women then men, young to old
Final time schedule posted July 24 after entries close
Longer distance races may be combined ages or M/W if entry numbers are low.
9:00 a.m. - 3000 meter race walk - 1 race combined M/W.  25 minute limit. 
9:20 a.m. - 5,000 meters 
               80/100/110 m hurdles - Finals.
       Order is as follows: M 110m / Masters M 50-59 100m, W 100m, M 60-99 100m / Masters 80m (W40-59, M70-79)
10:15 a.m.
Begin Rolling Schedule (one event immediately follows the prior)
   100 m -   Trials for Open Women and then Men, top 8 times to finals
         ALL MASTERS AGE GROUPS RUN FINALS AFTER OPEN TRIALS
   1500 m  
   400 m 
   100 m Finals - OPEN M/W Only
   300m and 400m hurdles -  300M (30" W50-59 and M60-69), W400 (30" to age 49),  M400 50-59 (33"), Open Men (up to age 49)
   800 m   
   200 m  (See note below)
   2000 m Steeplechase - W Open/M60+ 30" barriers, Open M 36" barriers
      Requires a minimum of 4 entrants in a race to be contested.

FIELD EVENTS
THROWS -  
- Open throw International implements only. 
Masters throw masters weight implements.
No HS boys weight implements
6 to finals in Open, 3 to finals in masters 5-year divisions
- IMPLEMENT WEIGH-IN at equipment garage (registration area) UNTIL 1 P.M.
- Times are approximate and may start earlier
- Warm-ups limited to10 minutes per flight
9:30 a.m. Hammer
   Hammer sector is approximately 230' / 70m long.
   9:40 a.m. ALL Women
   11:00 a.m. or after men's shot put - Young to old if flights needed 
9:30 Javelin - 
  Javelin sector is approximately 240' long
  Open Men 14-49
   Followed by All Men 50+  (11:00)     
   Followed by ALL women (about 12:30 pm) 
9:30 Shot Put - Men 50+
   Followed by Men Open and 40-49
   Followed by ALL Women
Discus -  To follow Hammer, approximately 12:30 pm
    ALL Women followed by Men (Open then masters if flights needed)

JUMPS -
6 advance to finals in open, _3_ to finals in Masters 5-year divisions
9:30 a.m. Long Jump -10' board..
   All W pit 1 (closest to track) 
   All M pit 2
  
    Only Masters may use 1 meter board.
Triple Jump  Same pits. Masters men JUMP WITH WOMEN
  Open men may only use 30' and 36' boards, women 24' and 30' boards
  M Triple Jump MAY move to Pit 1 

11:00 a.m. High Jump - Masters M/W together followed by Open
All Masters M/W together, opening height of 1.00m 
Followed by Open Women (About 12:30 p.m.) - opening height 4'6" (1.37m)
Followed by Open Men - opening height 5'6" (1.68m)
