2026 information
* Men's heavy throws (shot, discus, hammer) use only Open implements -
    16lb shot, 16lb hammer, 2kg discus.  No boys HS shot, hammer, discus
* Masters competitors throw masters implements
* Open Hurdles are 42"; no HS heights 
* No 27" hurdles available; masters may not run "up" with higher hurdles
The Pole Vault is contested at Westborough MA HS on Sunday, July 26.      (Entry is closed)

Eligibility
Participants must be 2026 USATF members
Minimum age of 14 years old on July 25
Athletes from all associations are welcome. 
Membership Exception: Membership waived for collegians currently competing for their school. Those individuals must request separate entry instructions from office@usatfne.org  
* Youth ages 14-18 are encouraged to participate in Junior Olympic meets

ENTRY DEADLINE: Wednesday, July 22, 11:59 p.m.
No day of event entry

Entry fee: $25 for first event, $15 for second event, $10 for additional events
Relays - no fee. USATF Clubs only
Sign up for relays on Saturday between noon and 1 p.m. by submitting roster card and waiver forms for those not yet entered in the meet to the clerking area.
Only USATF clubs with USATF members may enter relays; no "pick-up" teams

FINAL SCHEDULE AS OF FRIDAY, JULY 24, 12:00 NOON
PRE-MEET SEEDING/SECTIONS

8:00 a.m.  Registration area opens.
TRACK EVENTS
 - Order in events is women then men, young to old
Longer distance races may be combined ages or M/W if entry numbers are low.
9:00 a.m. - 3000 meter race walk - 1 race combined M/W.  25 minute limit. 
9:25 a.m. - 5,000 meters - 1 race combined M/W
10:00 a.m.- 80/100/110 m hurdles - Finals.
       Order is 1) M 110m   
                   2) Masters M 50-59 100m AND W 100m, 
                   3) Masters 80m (W40-59, M70-79)

10:20 a.m. - Begin Rolling Schedule (one event immediately follows the prior)
   100 m Trials - Top 8 open times to final
       Women (2 heats)
       Men  (10 heats) ending with masters age group sections.
       MASTERS AGE GROUPS will run finals only following open trials 
   1500 m   (1 women, 2 men) 
   400 m     (1 women, multiple men)
   100 m Finals - Open W / M
   300m and 400m hurdles - 
      Order is M 60-69 300M 30" (1 race)
                  W 400M 30" (1 race)
                  M Open 36" (1 race)
   800 m    (1 women, 2 men)
   200 m    (2 women, multple men)
    *** Men will have a 2 step check-in process - declare at any time before start of 800m, then return for seeding / section information
   2000 m Steeplechase
       W Open and M60+ 30" barriers
       M Open 36" barriers
    Relays  Teams must submit relay cards prior to start of steeplechase.
  4 x 100 Relay - Women, Men
  4 x 400 Relay - Women, Men,
  4 x 400 Relay - Open Mixed 2 Men/2 Women, order M-W-M-W (no separate masters races)

- IMPLEMENT WEIGH-IN at equipment garage (registration area)
        8:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., then 11:30-12:30 p.m.

- Times are approximate and may start earlier
- Warm-ups limited to 15 minutes per flight and are conducted in order of the flight competition
9:30 a.m. Hammer
    9:30 a.m. Men Open to 60-64, 1 flight
   10:45 a.m. ALL Women  AND ALL MEN AGE 65+ in one flight
9:30 Javelin - 
   Open Men 14-49
   Followed by ALL women 
   Followed by All Men 50+    
9:30 Shot Put -
   Open Men and ALL Women 
   Followed by Men 70+ (approximately 10:30)
   Followed by Men 60-69 (approximately 11:30)

Discus -  To follow Hammer, approximately 12:30 pm
   All Women and All Men 70+
   followed by Open Men to 59 (approximately 1:30)
   followed by M60-69

JUMPS
6 advance to finals in open, _3_ to finals in Masters 5-year divisions
9:30 a.m. Long Jump -10' board.   1 meter board available for Masters only
   All W pit 1 (closest to garage)  2 flights open then masters
   All M pit 2  (closest to track)  2 flights, open then masters
Triple Jump  Same pits.except Masters men JUMP WITH WOMEN
  Open men may only use 30' and 36' boards, women 24' and 30' boards

11:00 a.m. High Jump - 
    Masters M/W together

      All Masters M/W together, opening height of 1.00m 
    Followed by OPEN WOMEN AND OPEN MEN TOGETHER   
       (Approximately 12:30 p.m.)
    - Women opening height 1.37m / 4'6"   
    - Men opening height 1.67m / 5'6"
