Eligibility
5 Year age groups from 25-29 to 95-99
Members of all USATF associations are welcome to compete.
All entrants must be current (2026) USATF members. See USATF.org for new or renewal membership information. 
Foreign entrants must be members of their home association and should request the separate entry process. (office@usatfne.org)

ENTRY INFORMATION
Entry is open at SimplyRegister.net 
**There is no day of event entry
No limit on event entries by an individual
Entry closes Thursday, January 29 at 11:59 p.m.
One must have their 2026 USATF membership prior to entering.  The system will not allow entry with a 2025 only membership.
If affiliated with a club, the club will only display as valid if the club is paid up for 2026.  Otherwise, the affiliation will appear as unattached.  Remind your club to renew membership as soon as possible.after December 1.

  $30.00 First event 
  $20.00 Second event
  $15.00 Each additional event

AWARDS
Medals to top 3 placers in each event in each division
Guest competitors from other countries will receive duplicate awards for their placing

Note: The USATF East Region Championship will be held at the Prince Georges County facility near Washington DC January 17-18-19 weekend (exact date to be determined).

FACILITY
Flat 200 meter track with new (2023) Mondo surface 

Concrete weight throw circle, wood shot circle
There will be a minimum opening height in the pole vault based on facility equipment limitations. 
One high jump pit, one long/triple jump pit 
NOTE: As a multi-purpose facility, the horizontal juimps sand level may not be legal for record performances.

SCHEDULE
TRACK - Events are run in order listed. 
Only the start times for a block of events are listed 
Women then men. Generally old to young.  Age groups may be combined.
Finals only in the 60m 
RELAYS Teams submit relay cards between 12 noon and 2 pm at the clerking table. Club and "Unattached"

JUMPS
Age divisions will be combined as appropriate
    3 trials / 3 finals for top 6 in each age group in throws and horizontal jumps 
Opening height in the pole vault is approximately 6’ / 1.85m based on facility standards. Only a limited number of extenders can be used.
Those unable to vault 6’ cannot be accommodated.

THROWS         
There are two throwing circles,
All shot are thrown on the infield
All weights are thrown in the cageWarm-up using circles is limited to 15 minutes for each flight (not each 5 year division).  Please do preliminary non-implement warm-up out of circles

10:30 a.m. 60 m Trials IF NECESSARY (9 or more in an age division)
10:35 a.m. 3000m race walk - one race
11:05 a.m  60 m - FINALS All divisions

                 1 Mile - 
1:15 p.m.    200 m
                 800 m-
2:15 p.m.   RELAYS - Complete relay card with clerk by 2 p.m.
                 4 x 200 m relay
                 4 x 800 m relay
                 4 x 400 m relay
FIELD
Jumps and throws schedules will be updated Jan 29
Age divisions will be combined as appropriate

JUMPS - No "runbacks" in warmups

Long Jump  10:30 a.m. All Women
                   11:30 p.m.  2 flights Men 70+ then Men 25-69
Triple Jump  1:30 p.m.  
High Jump   10:00 a.m.  Women followed by Men
Pole Vault    10:30 a.m.  Men/Women combined

Opening height in the pole vault is approximately 6’ / 1.85m based on facility equipment. Only a limited number of extenders can be used.
Those unable to vault 6’ cannot be accommodated.
High jump will open no lower than .90 meter.

THROWS         
There are two throwing circles, One for weight and one (infield) for shot
Warm-up using circles is limited to 15 minutes for each flight (not each 5 year division).  Please do preliminary non-implement warm-up out of circles
