2021 XC Grand Prix Scoring Completed

With the results of Rachel's Run reviewed and scored, final results of the USATF-NE Cross Country Grand Prix are ready for recognition. 

Scoring teams in all five races, HFC Striders women and Greater Boston TC men took the Open Division club wins. The 40+, 50+, and 60+ divisions were swept by Liberty AC women and HFC Striders men, respectively.  Thirteen clubs fieled teams in one or more events including the New England championship. 

Individual scoring was determined by totaling a competitor's top four performances in the five race series using scoring percentage for open runners and age graded scores for masters. Topping the ranks were Erica Long (GBTC, open women), Brian Gilligan (GBTC, open men), Kara Haas (GLRR, masters women) and Tim Van Orden (CMS, masters men). Seventy-three individuals qualified for a series apparel item by contesting at least three of the races.
