2026 USATF Region 1 Junior Olympic Championships

The 2026 USATF Region 1 Track & Field Championships will be hosted by the New England association in Massachusetts
Thursday through Sunday, June 25-28, 2026

SPECIFIC LOCATION IS NOT ESTABLISHED AS OF MARCH 13, 2026

REGISTRATION will be on Athletic.net 
registration will close on Tuesday, June 23 at 12:00 noon

QUALIFYING FOR REGION 1 MEET
The top 8 finishers in each event in each age group from each of the six associations in Region 1 qualify for the meet. (See 10 advancer exception at the various association information websites)

COMPETITION SCHEDULE
The championship will be contested as a 4 day meet and will include the Combined events (Triathlon, Pentathlon, Heptathon, Decathlon).
SCHEDULE 
Information, including entry fees, facility layout and restrictions, directions, and field event requirements will be added to this website during the spring.

On-time Deadline is Tuesday June 23, at 12:00 noon.

ADVANCEMENT TO NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP
National Information Page 

The top 8 (eight) finishers in each event at the Region 1 meet will again qualify for the National championships to be held July 27 - August 2 at Cerritos College in Norwalk, California

In the combined events and the race walk (all divisions), the top 2 (two) finishers in each division from Region 1 qualify for Nationals, as well as athletes who achieve the qualifying standard at the qualifying meet.
